With a PROZONE Universal Biodiesel Processor you can start producing biodiesel or purify straight cooking oils for use neat. This is a complete and compact system, made as intuitive and practical to operate as possible. You can to start making fuel the same day you receive your processor. All you need to add is vegetable oil, catalyst, electricity and tap water. The processor has been designed to take up the minimum amount of space and is also mobile for convenience. It is a self contained system; you do not have to transfer in and out of the unit to process, heat, and dose or stir to operate.

The processor will turn even heavily used cooking oil into clean burning, biodegradable and smooth-running biodiesel.
Whatever you own that runs on diesel fuel you can power with the biodiesel you produce with your own PROZONE Universal Biodiesel Processor.

Pump/Heater Unit

A single pump is used for circulation, mixing and delivery to storage. An inline heater is used for heating up, maintaining temperature and reheating procedures, within the processor. The unit control has a pump run/stop and heat, as well as a temperature control dial.

Premix System

This system consists of a calibrated vacuum tank installed on the unit. The tank draws in a premixed methoxide to a level equivalent to the amount of oil to be processed; eliminating the need to measure anything and therefore prevents simple errors.

All that is needed to make biofuel the same day you receive a Prozone Universal Biodiesel Processor is new or used vegetable oil, catalyst, and single phase power.
